BEST Local TV Personality Anny Havland is our founding president. She created Talk It Up TV in 2010 with the dream to help others in need and provide positive messages along the way. In Oct. of 2014 she turned the show into a 501C3 non-profit organization, Talk It Up Foundation. The charity raises funds to help those who have gone through some form of tragedy in their life. They help them through their situation with a shocking act of kindness.
Anny has served on numerous boards in her past so this is no knew path for her. She served for over 2 years as the president for the Whatcom Women in Business, past chair for WAMP, Morning Buzz Leader & Advisory Council Member for the Whatcom Young Professionals, board member for the WCAR banking committee along with many other organizations.Anny Havland is our founding president. Prior Anny co-founded Neighborhood Mortgage in 2004. Within their 1st year they were nominated for Start Up Business of The Year and Small Business of the Year and had 25 employee’s and 3 locations. They’ve since started their own corespondent line and have become a Mortgage Banker/Broker.
In 2013 , after redefining what success meant to her, Anny decided to sell near almost everything that she had to create Talk it Up TV and started giving her money back to people who she felt needed it more than she did. In Oct. of 2014 she turned the show into a 501C3 non-profit organization, Talk It Up Foundation.
Anny was recently recognized as the 2015 & 2014 Best TV Personality through Evening Magazine/King5 News and in 2013 was a finalist for Professional Woman of the Year. She recently served a 2 year term as President for the Whatcom Women in Business, 4 year Board Member for the Young Professionals Network along with many other committees she has served on. In addition she has helped raise hundreds of thousands of dollars for non-profits organizations and deserving individuals in need. Anny is nationally recognized for her social media skills and was named in the Top 25 Most Socially Connected Nationwide in the mortgage Industry. She’s been named Most Fascinating Person of the Year and last year received the Media Award through the WAMP organization.
She also is a very proud mother of her son Ryker.
